For a decade, clientele have relied on JV’s cylindrical, carbon steel tanks for processing minerals and for storing the acids and caustics used in processing. They provide a complete package of services for tank projects, from fabrication, procurement, tank erection on site, to mechanical assembly of all associated structural bridges, platforms, walkways, chutes, launders, rake arms, stairways etc. All piping and mechanical items such as bearing assemblies and shafts are also fabricated.

Grizzly Feeders

JV Engineering fabricates, assembles and trial tests vibrating Grizzly Feeders for global providers of equipment and services to the mining, materials handling and mineral processing industries.

Alternately JV Engineering offer a total refurbishment or replacement service where a worn out feeder is stripped down, repaired, replaced and rebuilt as a totally new unit.

Welding is carried out to a strict criterion in accordance with Australian Standards AS 1554.5 for the welding of steel structures subject to high levels of fatigue loading.

Once the Grizzly Feeder is assembled and the rubber lining and heavy duty coatings are complete, it is test run on a specially built platform for extended hours then inspected to ensure the stringent specifications are being met.

Cyclone Clusters

JV Engineering fabricates and supplies complete cyclone clusters to include distributors, overflow launders, underflow launders, cyclones and associated pipe work. Overseeing the application of specialised internal and external coating. Offering complete mechanical assembly of client supplied equipment including electrical installation.
